Diet day under 800 cal Dinner

Garlic prawns with Spiralised Courgette and wholewheat Spaghetti.

So this was dinner and wow it packed a punch, i added a little chilli flakes and a spike of parmesan to tweak it for my taste and it was tremendous…

186 Calories and cost £2 per head. For such a simple couple of ingredients cooked in 10 mins, i think this under 800 cal a day is going to work. I even have some spare calories to have an apple.
