A week on the diet.

7 days in, 8kg lost and plant round the Gut. Eat less and fasting I thought it was going to be hard, it really wasn’t.

The different flavours and ideas cooking has got my interested peaked in this style, and I don’t miss the carbs either. As it goes I don’t say No to anything I want but I only eat small amounts and it tastes better that way.

Eating cauliflower steaks and lemon chicken, salmon on roast veg, streaky bacon on eggs. Not sure how hard it is for anyone to live on.

It also is really quick, most meals easily cooked and eating with my wife who has joined now on this journey of food.
